There were mice coming into my room. This was incredibly concerning because the room is a studio that is 4m by 3m, with my bed just a few metres from the kitchen unit from where the mice were entering. I saw Tower Pest Control have a good rating, so texted them first thing Monday morning. Brian responded within 15 minutes, and quoted the price upfront which was competitive as I had also contacted a few other pest control companies. He arrived the same day in the afternoon, took a look under the kitchen unit, and told me the piping had gaps around them, and the mice were entering from there. He laid down some poison, and also some paste at the entrance which also contains poison. He attended two weeks later, and said the mice had not eaten the poison he laid down, so he put a different type down, and also some new paste. A few weeks later he attended again, and the paste had gone, which meant any mice that entered had since died, and luckily I have not heard any since. It is very distressing when mice enter the place where you sleep, people don't realise this until it happens to them, and I am glad Brian came to do the job as he explained everything he was doing and isn't just professional at the job he does, but also a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend him.

Our cat brought in a rat 2 weeks ago, we had no luck trapping it, other pest control companies were ineffective and we were getting desperate due to the smell it was causing and the damage it was creating. I was recommended Brian as he has the expertise to 'hunt' it as we had already tried the trapping and poison methods with another company. I called Brian on a Saturday morning when he temporarily had no transportation, but he heard my desperation and walked to me which took over an hour each way during a heatwave. Brian is a friendly, down to Earth man. He immediately assured me that he will not be leaving until it was caught and he did exactly what he claimed. We were rat free in under 2 hours! Brian was brilliant from start to finish, I had a problem with squirrels entering my loft through a whole on an external wall, Brian set up 3 traps and left the house and was told he would call back after a couple days, but to our surprise within couple hours we could hear the traps going off and we called Brian and he came the same day and got rid of them. I was meant to get the hole blocked up but by the time I got round to doing it another squirrel managed to get in to the loft and Brian swiftly popped over and set up another trap. Overall Brian's communication, promptness and knowledge is 10/10 and reasonably priced and doesn't beat anything around the Bush its all straight talking and down to business I would recommend him to anyone with a pest problem. Brian’s a personable, professional and efficient. He came over to deal with a mouse issue and put our minds at ease while dealing with the situation. Super attentive and dealt with the issue and continued to check in until he was satisfied the job was done. I contacted Brian for Tower Pest Control and he came out the same day to inspect my flat after spotting a mouse the previous evening. His communication prior to his visit was fantastic and upon attendance he was able to identify where it got in from and potential issues and placed down bait traps for this. He then revisited my property and I was lucky enough to have had no further issues and all entry points were sealed. Brian is efficient, effective, polite and reliable. His work is very good. I have asked him to remove a mouse issue at a few different properties and he turns up on time, identifies holes in floor/ walls, repairs where is possible and leaves his pellets for them. He then revisits after a period of time to make sure all have gone . He is thorough and a gentleman. I would only want to use his services as have had consistently good experiences. Well done Brian.
