Not only is Sam amazing and very skilled at what she does, but she was also so kind and extremely patient with me when creating my new brows. I had been drawing my own brows on for such a long time, and had been doing them a certain way (not particularly well or right, but still!) and I felt they were my ‘thing’, so consequently it took a lot for me to feel happy with a new shape. BUT Sam communicated with me and was incredibly patient and made sure I was completely happy (sorry if I drove you mad Sam!). Sam also ensured I was completely comfortable and I felt no pain at all having my brows done. Now I’ve gotten over my ‘brow shock syndrome’ (it’s definitely a thing!) I am so so happy with my new brows and they look a thousand times better than how they were when I was drawing them on, and no work for me! It saves me so much time not drawing them on every morning! And of course these don’t come off during the day, with swimming etc. I wish I had come to Sam and got them done years ago. All my friends and colleagues also agree and strongly feel they’re a million times better than before as well. Can’t wait for my top-up! Thanks Sam :D x
