Not just my favourite Chinese but they also look after there regulars. Consistently high quality food. I don’t think they have ever made a mistake on an order.

AMAZING great wonderfully fresh hot food that has your taste buds in pleasure, there is a big problem with this Chinese takeaway, it only a takeaway. The food Is amazing here but this will spoil any restaurant or takeaway Chinese you ever try eaten from after the taste house experience, as you always compare it back the quality and flavor an experience that comes with eating from the taste house, this is by far the best Chinese takeaway food and thank you. Some times it's hard to order from as they are so busy, phone engaged and orders taking over two hours to become ready for collection, this is because they are overwhelmed with orders, not because under staff of poor service. And reflection on the quality of the food as to be this busy it shows how much demand they have. They do not deliver as it would put extra stress on the family run business and if I'm honest if you want quality get off your behind and get it. If this family had a restaurant it would be by far the best around and I'm sure that weekends and week days you would have to be booked in advance as its this good, Please take on my review. But people please don't blame me, when you can't find this quality anywhere else but, taste house. Taste house,Thank you for your wonderful service that you have provided for a few decades, and please carry on providing the amazing food that you serve. People this is well Worth the wait and not over priced, I believe it's underpriced, it is by far the best Chinese takeaway around, such wonderful taste experience from there fresh food.

Discovered this Chinese takeaway while browsing on Google and due to the raving reviews and how close it was to my house, I decided to give it a try. To my pleasant surprise, the service and food were amazing. I didn’t call ahead, just ordered when I arrived. The estimated waiting time was 30 to 45mins. I didn’t mind waiting and my food was ready even quicker than expected, in record time of 15mins. The food was piping hot, even when I arrived back home and was delicious. I’ll definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Well, we had our "Chinese Evening" and ordered a variety of dishes enough for 20 people and everyone complimented on the food that we shared together. Our evening was a great success and we will be doing it again very soon, and of course, we will be getting the food from Taste House! We are very lucky to have the Taste House in our village serving the most delicious food you could wish for. The portions are generous and the staff are helpful and friendly. We have a family "Chinese Night" coming up soon for 20 people. Ordering food from the Taste House and I will put another review here after the event !!

Taste House is my go-to for Chinese takeaway The food is prepared freshly and is bursting with flavor. Another big plus is the portion sizes. Their dishes are very generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. We usually have leftovers for lunch the next day! The service is always exceptional here as well as the staff always friendly and polite.

Excellent service, such lovely, friendly staff and premises is clean and tidy. Had really high hopes because we lost the Chinese in Cliffe, but the lovely food just wasn't to our personal taste. Thank you for being so lovely and friendly though.

Have lived in Higham for 5 years this is by far the best Chinese takeaway we have ever had. Food is always freshly cooked, we have never had a bad meal. Staff are lovely and I cannot recommend highly enough.

The owners /staff are always welcoming and speak to you. You will have to be prepared to wait for your order, if you want to eat at popular times, but I have only waited once in half a dozen times of buying a takeaway. Obviously you can preorder although I never have I tend to pop in the decent pub across the road where the locals are always friendly. The food is beyond compare to any other local Chinese takeaway. Don’t loose this gem, it actually is a pleasure to eat their food.
